My style is best described as documentary and lifestyle. That means that I approach every session with not a single expectation other than to capture the love present in every family.

I meet your children where they are. Shy kids may want to cuddle on the couch, and the-ones-who-never-stay-still will probably want to show me around your house and play.

A $200 nonrefundable retainer fee and a signed agreement are required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance of your chosen collection is due seven days before the session date. Please inquire about availability and travel rates if you are more than 50 miles from zip code 62401.

Session day is here!
Enjoy this time with those who matter most in your life. Come to your session ready to play and cuddle your littles, because they are the memories that will mean the most now and always. Just let go of all the expectations because that is when the magic happens. I promise!

About two weeks (up to four weeks) after your session, you’ll receive an email invitation to view your proofing gallery. All collections include a set number of edited digital images, an online gallery, and personal printing rights to print at your leisure.
5. after your session
Show them what their childhood looked like!
We will decide on the best location together. It can take place in your home, backyard, or favorite place around the Effingham area.
This session is meant for a single child. No parents or siblings included.
I will let your little one lead. I want to photograph them in their natural element regardless of their mood. Toddlers are my favorite people, so don’t worry about them “acting up.” I’ve got tricks up my sleeve.

Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home.
We hear about it being a love like no other, but we don't fully grasp that until we become parents ourselves. Those tiny features and newborn cries change so quickly, and it all can seem like a blur. I'm here to help you remember all of it! Newborn sessions are relaxed, baby led with lots of cuddles, and plenty of breaks for feeding and changing. I would be honored to capture this precious and fleeting time in you and your family's life.
